New Golden Tulip Hotel in Phuket

Golden Tulip South East Asia, set to rapidly expand over the next 5 years with 50 projects, has opened it’s first Hotel in the region, the .

The property was previously known as The Mangosteen Resort & Spa. “We have repositioned the property as part for the re-branding process” says Claude Baltes, General Manager. “This change also brings with it the inspirational announcement that we are bringing ancient Ayurveda spa techniques to the resort, the only venue on Phuket which has based its Spa concept on this practice. The enhancement of our Spa product will see the entrench itself as a peaceful self-contained spa destination offering some of the best accommodation and views to be had in Phuket.”

The secluded location nestled in the serene mountains of Phuket offers unrivalled views of Phuket town and its surrounding bays and out to the islands of the Andaman Sea. The 41 villa style rooms offer privacy with outside garden bathrooms, rain showers, private Jacuzzis and quiet terraces with hammocks.
